submissions not generating excel sheet

Do you mean to download the submissions to Excel spreadsheet from the submissions view? I have tried downloading the submissions from one of the forms in my account and I was able to download the Excel report normally. Do you see any error message while downloading the submissions to Excel? It would be helpful if you can provide us with the screenshot of the error so that we can guide in the right direction.
