Payment upgrades

    If, for example, I was on the $19 a month payment plan and reached my 1000 submission limit. Would I not be able to  receive anymore submissions?; or,  would I be automatically upgraded to the next payment plan?

    Thank you for contacting us. When you have reach the limit in your plan. All you forms will be disabled and the users will not be able to view or submit any more information. You would either have to upgrade or wait till the start of the following month. The 1st of every month is when the submission counter resets.

    Thanks for your quick response (great service as always).

     

    If we reach a certain amount of submissions, are we able to delete some of the saved submissions to make room for some more in that month?

    Yes, you are able to delete certain or all the submission you do not require. This can be done from the SUBMOSSION PAGE. Please follow the recommendation that my colleague indicated in a previous thread
