Not receiving emails of completed forms

    JotForm is great!  But, I am not receiving emails when a form is completed from my site.  I can see them online at your site but I have to keep checking to see if there is a completed form.


    Please help!

    Sorry for the inconvenience. I have just reviewed your email setting and noticed that the email notification is not set properly. You are missing the recipient address and sender name.

    Please fill in the fields properly and let us know if this helps.
