    to retrieve information.

This is what I am looking for and I want to know if this can be done on your site.

I am doing a wedding show and will have an online registration form.  This form will have contact info as well as wedding preferences such as I am interested in:  a DJ, Honeymoon info, Lighting, Catering etc.

When someone completes the form, I would like all of this info to be converted into a QR code or bar code that is visible on their phone.  When this code is scanned, the choices that they made would be uploaded to spreadsheet.

Is that something that I can do at Jotform?  Thanks!

I'm not sure if we have that feature or widget. You can check our QR code related widgets on this page: http://widgets.jotform.com/search/qr

If you wish to add the submissions directly on a Google spreadsheet, that should be possible by integrating Google spreadsheet directly on your form. Here's a guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/228-How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Google-Spreadsheet. That will let you have the submissions automatically be recorded in your spreadsheet as soon as your customer submits the form.

Let us know if that works somehow.
