Payment?

    Hi - 

    I just tried to make an annual payment for my subscription.. It looked like it went through, but I got no email confirmation? Can you help?

    According to our logs, your most recent payment did not go through.  Check your PayPal account setting to ensure information is up to date.  Your subscription should automatically attempt to charge you once again in a day or two.

    If you PayPal account has a confirmed payment to us, let us know the confirmation number and we will be happy to have a look.

    I switched to Credit Card, not paypal. Guess I'll have to check again.

    I just paid again via Credit card - it said it went through ( I want to quit using PayPal).  Did it come through?

    As far as I can tell, your credit card payment did not go through.

    To change from PayPal, you would first need to cancel your PayPal subscription:

    (1) Login to your Paypal Account

    (2) Find the latest payment you have made to JotForm or Interlogy

    (3) Click the subscription number for that transaction

    (4) Click on the "Cancel Subscription" button.

    You should then be able to upgrade via the payment method of your choice.

    Seriously - what a pain. I did that, now I cannot even hit the RENEW button, and it is still stuck on PayPal.!!!!!

    I'm going to be very unhappy if I can no longer get the $90/ year rate because I followed those instructions!
