We are currently using JotForm in several of our offices. But one is having issues with submitting and completing their forms.
Firstly we are not receiving any signatures from our Southend office. Why is this and how can we resolve it?Secondly when printing their completed form before submitting only the first page comes out printed the rest are all blank pages. Is there anyway to stop this happening?

IF I understood you correctly when Southend option is selected on first page of your form, signature is not shown on submission page. I have submitted your form and I was not able to replicate mentioned issue. I have selected Southend option and when I checked submission page of your form my signature was shown.
Also I noticed that you do not have email Notification set inside of your form. If you want to receive submitted data to your email once you form is submitted, than inside of this you can find how to set email Notification: http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
