Is it possible to create a 'set' of forms, accessible to my clients through a single link that I place on my website?Asked by addcoachdiane on February 01, 2016 at 11:04 AM
I have 3 or 4 separate but related forms I send to new clients, currently I send them an email with the 3 or 4 links for them to fill in..
I would like to move the links to a private client console on my website, and hopefully to put only one link that would lead to a set of forms ( the 3 or 4) so they are in one package..
Is this possible, and how do I do this?
Each form has its own link. You can add all four links of your forms on single page of your website and then provide your users link of that webpage. So when they open link of your webpage, links of all four forms will be there.
Other possible workaround would be to redirect your users from one form to another when they submit your forms. For example when they submit your first form they will be redirected to your second form and so on. Inside of this guide you can find out how to Redirecting Users to a Different Page when form is submitted: http://www.jotform.com/help/38-Redirecting-Users-to-a-Different-Page
You would need to set redirect page on three of your forms. First form will redirect to second, second to third and third to fourth.
This way you can provide your users only link of your first form.
