Is creating a regular form the same as creating a wishbox?

I'm trying to create a wishbox for my website but I'm not sure how to start. I've created a form, but I don't know how to add the screenshot feature.

Creating a wish-box form is the same as creating a regular feedback form.  This guide may be a bit outdated, but it should have the correct process:

Instead of using the "Embed" button to get the Feedback button code, you would use the "Publish" button.  The feedback button code is now located there:
