Our submit buttons and email notifications are not working on our white label site. We need help identifying where to make the domain name changes.

Your form is working fine. I think there's no need for you worry about the jotform.com issue since it may not affect you as another JotForm App hoster, as far as I know.

Since yesterday, our email notifications and our submit button are not functioning. Please try it again. We've tried on multiple systems and our customers are complaining. Please help us.
