I changed the address number and one image in this form and it now says the form is no longer available.

    After reviewing the form, I notice it was disabled in the preference settings.

    I changed the address number and one image in this form and it now says the form is no longer available Screenshot 20

    Once you enable the form, your users will be able to view and submit their data again.
