Users are receiving incorrect Jotform

    I'm having a problem with Jotform. It is sending my Employees (Users) the incorrect Jotform. Instead of allowing them to receive customer forms with Job info, it is sending them a link to sign up to Jotform. Your help is appreciated ASAP as this is hindering our work schedule. Thank you
