When printing form only the first page comes out printed the rest are all blank pages

Secondly when printing their completed form before submitting only the first page comes out printed the rest are all blank pages. Is there anyway to stop this happening?

I was not able to replicate mentioned issue.  When I filled your form and click on Print button I was able to see all 19 pages. I have tested your form in Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. On my screenshot you can see last page. 

 

Are you still unable to see all pages when printing your form? Which browser and device are you using? Please try using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

Yes, i have an example PDF which I can send to you if necessary. Are we having so may issues because some people are using IE?

It also works fine on my side. However, I couldn't test it on IE.
