We have different programs that people need to apply for. Right now we have created an individual form for individual program. We would like to create just one form for all programs, but as the forms goes, that people can choose for example: which program would you like to apply for? and then when people chooses the specific program, then only the questions or information related to that specific program comes out, but of course not other program's information.... Is that possible with jotfotm?

Yes, this is possible. There are a couple of ways of doing this. The first would be to split your form in different pages. Once the individual selects a program, we would jump to the page which contains only question of the program, skip to page condition.

The other option would be to use the SHOW/HIDE condition. When the individual selects a program, only that particular question would appear in the form.
