Hello, our members are not receiving their thank you confirmation after they submit their form. How Can I check to make sure they receive the confirmation, and resend confirmation to those individuals who did not receive one? Thank you for your guidance.

I was not able to replicate mentioned issue. When I submitted your form I got redirected to Thank you page.
Or are you referring to Autoresponder email that you have set inside of your form?
Considering that you form is encrypted I was not able to find email addresses your users used to submit your form, so that I can check inside of our email log if Autoresponder was sent successfully to their emails.
Considering that on my cloned form I was not able to replicate mentioned issue, can you please provide us some email address to which Autoresponder email was not sent, so that we can check that email address inside of our email log.
Also I would suggest you to create new email Autoresponder to see if that will resolve your issue.
