The embedded registration form has suddenly disappeared from my webpage.

See http://www.cfar.emory.edu/vdc/calendar/feb.php and http://www.cfar.emory.edu/vdc/register/feb.php.  I don't know how long it has not been visible; I was only just now notified.  The last registration appears to have come in at 10:00am this morning.   

I have just reviewed you page and was able to view the form properly.
