Even though PayPal sent confirmation receipt of payment received. One customer stated they received a ""pending payment" receipt. So they retried the form in order to get to the PayPal button

When a pending payment submissions is shown, that means the customer did not complete the transaction when he got to the Paypal page. Please check this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/272-Paypal-Incomplete-Payments-FAQ
You might like to enable Paypal IPN(Instant Payment Notification): http://www.jotform.com/help/276-How-to-Enable-IPN-for-Paypal
