    Hello,

The code I have copied to my website is not showing when I view it in a web browser.

You can see the page at:

    http://mowhip.com/sign-up.html

I have inserted the code just under the "SIGN UP" text

The code has always worked on my other website but it is not working on this website.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I was able to see the problem when I checked the embedded form http://www.jotform.us/form/60188079799172 on your website.

The script embed code you used was wrong/incomplete...

it doesn't have the closing <script tag to it...

I suggest you re-publish the form in the Form Builder and copy the correct script embed code.

    user guide: Adding-a-Form-to-a-Web-Page

    it should be like this

Let us know if issue remains even after correcting.

Thank you, I placed the closing </script> tag and the form still does not appear.

This is a responsive website. Will I need special code, such as iframe, to ensure it is displaying correctly?
Thank you, your help is appreciated.

Can you delete the embed code and re-embed with Iframe method?

At that time it will work properly.
