File Size for upload

If I upgrade from the free version, will people be able to upload a file larger than 1mb, or is that standard across the different versions.

The maximum file size for each upload session is actually 1GB. This is similar to all subscription type (Free or Paid plans). The file size that differs accross the plans was actually the storage size (paid plans have higher capacity for storage)

I suggest you review the user guide: Changing-the-Upload-Size-Limit

You can see the Max File Size property of the Upload field in the form where you can change the file size.
