Aligning Back and Submit Button on same/one line?

I am trying to have the submit button to my form be on the same line as the last back button in my form. I would like the submit button to be to the right of the back button like a next button. I have read countless posts on the forum about this issue but cant quite get it right. 

I have just reviewed your form. I did not notice the BACK button on your last page. I am assuming that you removed it from you form.

If you still require our assistance, please let us know and we will be glad to give you the proper CSS to align the buttons.
