Our site is not working

Our Jot Form for Business Cards is not opening on our website.  I need help getting it back online.  It was working fine as of last Friday.

I checked the jotform URL that you gave and I was able to see the form without any issue. If you are still encountering problems with jotform on your website, please give us the URL of your website where jotform is embedded so we can investigate further. We will wait for your reply.
