Please help with my conditions issue

Hi there,

I have added conditions to do the following:

* If "Select method of payment to see ad costs" equals "Check", show "Please choose your ad size (Check)" and hide "Please choose your ad size (Paypal)"

and

* If "Select method of payment to see ad costs" equals "Paypal", show "Please choose your ad size (Paypal)" and hide "Please choose your ad size (Check)"

Those conditions are not working. When one selects either Check or Paypal for the method of payment, BOTH of those blocks are shown.

What am I missing? Thank you!

I have corrected on your form base on how I understand what you wanted to do. I made it like this..

You can test your form again and see for yourself if I made the right modification.
