folks aren't getting my form

For some reason when I send this certain form (Winter Change of Conference Form) - it is not opening -- it is taking people to a login option...... I don't want folks to have to sign up --- I just want them to fill the form out -- What's up?

You can get the direct link of your form by clicking on the Publish button on your form builder.

Then copy the link shown in the window.

Perhaps the reason why your users are being asked to login is because they opened this URL: https://www.jotform.com/?formID=51701367630147 . This URL will lead to the form builder of the form, not the form itself.

Please make sure that you send them this direct link of your form:
