I modified the output of an email in my form (Admin Email) so that only the deficiencies will be emailed to that box. I set up the table and all coding and test the email and everything works fine. After I click finish the screen closes and the next time I open it up it goes right back to the default Jotforms email.
How do I save my custom layout for the admin email? I'll also be making a general email to send all of the data to a general box.

I'm afraid I was unable to replicate the issue you're having. I cloned your form and made an edit in the email notification. After closing the email setting and opening it again, I was able to see the edit that I made.
Are you still encountering the issue? Let us know so we can investigate further.

I found out that I had something selected that I shouldn't have and corrected it and it works now. Thanks!

Glad to hear it! I am assuming you had hide empty fields in email notifications enabled? That does indeed lock the data table and will not allow for the email to be changed.
