I have selected colors and shape of the "Submit" button but when I close that window, the changes don't show up on the preview.Asked by bankruptcynews on February 01, 2016 at 07:58 PM
Frustrated trying to change the image and colors of the "Submit" button at the bottom of the form. I select all the changes, but they don't appear when I preview the form. What am I doing wrong? Isn't there a "Save" link when I'm done selecting shape, color, size etc.? If so, I can't find it. I'm using Firefox, on a Mac. I've designed a lot of other forms on my Mac, so I don't think that's the problem.
I was able to reproduce the issue as well when I initially tried changing the style of the Submit button on a clone of your form http://www.jotform.us/form/60317441560145 using the Form Designer.
It seems the problem was due to an existing theme style used by the form that was corrupted/broken already. It could not reset the theme style anymore.
The fix that can work is to reset the theme style of the form to default.
You can use this tool http://www.jotform.com/theme-store/theme/reset-theme-styles to reset the form theme.
After I used it on my form, it was able to work properly.
Hope this help. Let us know if there is more we can help you with.
