The uploads doesn't work on my forms. The forms are submitted, but the files don't.
THAT'S A CATASTROPHE !!
We are waiting for print data !

I have done a test of each of those forms with no issues here.
Are these forms embedded into a webpage anywhere?
- imagoAnswered on February 16, 2012 at 05:31 AM
Okay, I've done few tests too.
Upload from Win7 Client with IE9 works.
Upload from Mac OSX Lion with Safari 5.1.3 or Firefox 10 doesn't work.
But it did work before, so what happened?

Windows Vista with Google Chrome doesn't work either.
The tests were made with direct accessed forms.
The Windows Vista "test" was made by a customer who tried to upload print files. This form was embedded in our webshop.

I have submitted a ticket to the development team regarding this issue.
You can switch to a single file upload for the meantime. Or, you can try using the secure version URLs for your form (https://www.jotform.net).
We'll let you know as soon as we have updates on this matter.
Thank you for your patience and we apologize for your inconvenience.

Okay, don't know why, but the secure version works.
I'll wait for the update.
Thanx for the support.

I can give you another example of this. If I use the submit.jotform.net/form.php?formID=xxx&sid=xxx&mode=edit to edit a submission with a multi photo upload field and try to upload a second photo, it doesn't maintain the image. However, if I replace the subdomain to secure (ie. secure.jotform.net/form.php?etc, the second photo is stored.
Should I be using the "secure" subdomain on all my forms where I need to edit an existing form?

We are going to have issues with some functionality after the adoption of new domains. These issues will be addressed by the developers in due course.
If you find secure.jotform.net does work, you are probably best advised using that while these types of problems are all ironed out.
Also, if you are able to access www.jotform.com again, it may well be worth considering reverting back to it while these issues are address. jotform.com should start working for everyone again very soon.

We resolved this problem on Friday. It was caused by a configuration problem with the new domains.
