Creating multiple Options in a survey form

    How do I change the settings to enable the customer to choose multiple options in a survey form question?

    Hi, rainbowcentre.

     

    There are a few ways to enable your customer to choose multiple options. In the form editor, you can go to Survey Tools and select Matrix:

    ...and you can edit that to provide options for multiple questions.

     

    Or, you can go to Form Tools and choose a Dropdown:

    ...which offers options.

     

    Or, you could use Radio Buttons:

    ...like these.

    That's a good advice Charles.

    Additionally, I just would like to mention that you can also use the check boxes, you will find them under the form tools option, in the form builder:

    You can also allow to select multiple options in a drop down:

    And when using the matrix field, you can choose which type of field to use:
