    Changes on thank you page are not shown to the same in the preview

    I have changed Thank you  page to, but when I send the form it shows an old Thank You page

    I understand that you want me to use Jotform.com, BUT the last time I made a form AND have problems you sent me this answer:

    We just received news from our developers. There was a problem on the systems function to clear the caches. Everything should be fixed now.
    I would strongly recommend logging in to our EU domain because you are in the EU region, please note that all submission data will be stored in our EU servers, this means to completely view the data, you will need to be logged in to http://eu.jotform.com. This is related to our solution regarding the Safe Harbor invalidation, please refer to this blog post to learn more about it: http://www.jotform.com/blog/178-EU-Safe-Forms-Our-Solution-to-the-EU-Safe-Harbor-Invalidation.

    Right now we are NOT satisfied with the Jotform system, I don’t know what has happened but since we use your forms to send out registration forms it has to work!
    Even if I use the Link you recommend it shows wrong Thank You page

    This is your current thank you message:

    And you have another thank you message through conditional logic. 

     

    Please take note of your conditional rule. You have it tied to the first field of the form and you have it as "IF FILLED". Which means, the current thank you message will be replaced by this thank you message condition. Please delete the condition if you wish to display your original thank you message.
