We just received news from our back-end team that this should now be fixed, however they are still investigating the real reason for it. Please do reload the page just to make sure everything is refreshed. If you are still experiencing this problem, please do let us know. Thanks for the answer although nothing changed on my end. Create two forms today and none of them works after reloading the page.

I can see that you have opened a new thread for this issue, about the "Please wait" message and the form never being submitted, also I see that this has been escalated to our second level, follow that thread to receive news bout the progress on it.
