    Hi guys

I send a note of sympathy for your current problem and hope you get it resolved.

Is there any way that I can see a list of my forms as I feel I have missed one or two by trying to rely on  my memory.

    Thanks

    Peter

    Hello Peter,

    Appreciate your understanding.

You should be able to log into your JotForm account and view your forms as normal @ http://www.jotform.net/myforms/

Hi and thanks for that…..I wasn’t sure if it was a straight forward re-direct.

I only have one small issue if you can help me please….OK….two
1/ When I create a form for a client I want the client to receive the enquiry but I can’t see where to enter a client email address rather than my own. As I understand it (and I may well be wrong) all replies are set to come to me.
2/ Is there a record of my usage…am I due to upgrade yet?

    Thanks

    Peter

    Hi Pete,

You can add a new notification email to your client from the email alerts button on the top bar in the form builder.

If you're referring to the record of the sites you embedded the form into, we don't track that kind of data but you can find all your forms in MyForms

    Peter,

You are still well within the submission limits of Free users for the current month.

On your My Forms page, you will see the Account Status on the left panel.  Under it you will find the number of submissions you have received for the month, the remaining uploaded space that you have, the number of SSL submissions that you have received, and the number of Payment submissions you have received.

Here is a sample screenshot of how it looks like:

Thanks again…..I assume you have planned to answer the first question?

As stated by my colleage egeg above, you will need to either create a new email notification alert or edit your existing notification by adding your client's email address in the recipients field.

Here's how you can find and edit your email notifications:

    1. Edit your form
    2. Click Email Alerts
    3. Click Notiication

    4. Click on "Reply-to & Recipient Settings" button
    5. Type in your client's email address in the "Recipent Email:" field

Note: you can add up to 10 email addresses in the email in the recipient email field, just separate them using a comma (,) or a semi-colon (;)

Please let us know if you need further clarification on this matter.
