Email problem

I set up a form in Jotform and sent a test email which was received in my inbox OK. However, when I embed the form on my website (using Xara iframe) then, after filling in the form and clicking on Submit, it says 'Please wait' and then redirects to the thank you page . . . but no email gets sent (or arrives) in my inbox.  I sent a support message to you, but a couple of hours have gone by since then and I urgently need to get this sorted, so I gave up and created a new account, thinking maybe I'd done something wrong.  With the new account - exactly the same.  No email arrives in my inbox.  Test email is OK. I'm tearing my hair out trying to get this to work but cannot.

    Please can you help?

According to our email logs, the notifications are being sent from your address to your address.  This sometimes causes filtering issues.

Try changing the sender email for your notification to "noreply@jotform.com" to see if that allow them to come through:

Since the test emails are going through from our services, changing to our address as the sender should allow them to go through.
