Can A partially completed form be saved (perhaps with an e-mail address) and sent to someone else for completion?

    I have a two part recommendation form which I would like the applicant to be able to fill out part A and then have another person complete.

    Also, I added the page separation widget but it doesn't seem to be working.

    I think that this could be achieved by using the Save and Continue Later feature and an autoresponder.

    Basically, you will have to add the feature to your form, you will see how to do it on this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/97-How-to-Save-Forms-and-Continue-Later.

    Then, once the first user has finished to fill his/her part of the form, you can add a check box or ther field, your user will have to check the option or fill it to send the autoresponder to your second person, this guide will help you to add an autoresponder: http://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder.

    And this guide will help you to send the email based on the user selection: http://www.jotform.com/help/167-How-to-send-to-a-specific-email-address-based-on-a-selection.

    Hope this helps.

    I think I got this but I have a question.
    The link that is created to associate the user who completed the first part of the form is, for example…
    https://form.jotform.com/60334761178154?session={email}
    When that link is forwarded to the person who has to complete the rest of the form, I need the first part to be prepopulated so I created the field map as follows…
    Program={Program}&studentsName[first]={studentsName:first}&studentsName[last]={studentsName:last}&presentGrade7={presentGrade7}&address50={address50}&city={city}&stateprovince={stateprovince}&zippostalCode={zippostalCode}&country={country}&email={email}&homePhone9={homePhone9}&studentsPhone={studentsPhone}&schoolName={schoolName}&address={address}&city57={city57}&stateprovince59={stateprovince59}&zippostalCode58={zippostalCode58}&country60={country60}&date[month]={date:month}&date[day]={date:day}&date[year]={date:year}&signature14={signature14}
    I understand that this is to be added to the end of the form url with a “?” in between. Does this go before or after ?session={email} and can the both be used together?
    Thanks!
    Mike

    Thanks but even after correcting the url as shown
    https://form.jotform.com/60334761178154?session={email}?Program={Program}...
    To
    https://form.jotform.com/60334761178154?session={email}&Program={Program}...
    Program still doesn’t populate on the 2nd form. Any thoughts?

    Are you saying to just make program lower case? &program={program} instead of &Program={Program}
    I tried that and got the same result. I also made sure that the field on both forms are identical.

    Interestingly, the link that is generated,
    https://form.jotform.com/60334761178154?session=mike@summerstudy.com&program=Summer Study at Colorado State&studentsName[first]=Mike&studentsName[last]=Sirowitz&presentGrade7= 9th&address50=12 Shunk Hall&city=University Park&stateprovince=PA&zippostalCode=16802&country=United States&email=mike@summerstudy.com&homePhone9=814&studentsPhone=8639760&schoolName=Horace Mann&address=57 CENTER CT&city57=Roslyn Heights&stateprovince59=New York&zippostalCode58=11577&country63=United States&date[month]=02&date[day]=04&date[year]=2016&signature14=MICHAEL SIROWITZ
    does not populate program however when I copy and paste the link as a hyperlink in, for example, click here, the url actually changes to
    https://form.jotform.com/60334761178154?session=mike@summerstudy.com&program=Summer%20Study%20at%20Colorado%20State&studentsName%5bfirst%5d=Mike&studentsName%5blast%5d=Sirowitz&presentGrade7=%209th&address50=12%20Shunk%20Hall&city=University%20Park&stateprovince=PA&zippostalCode=16802&country=United%20States&email=mike@summerstudy.com&homePhone9=814&studentsPhone=8639760&schoolName=Horace%20Mann&address=57%20CENTER%20CT&city57=Roslyn%20Heights&stateprovince59=New%20York&zippostalCode58=11577&country63=United%20States&date%5bmonth%5d=02&date%5bday%5d=04&date%5byear%5d=2016&signature14=MICHAEL%20SIROWITZ
    and then it populates properly.
    I want users to have the actual url and not just “click here.” Any further suggestions?

    I think that it's not populating on your second form because the options on the drop down "Program" are different, I have copied and pasted the options from your first form to the second one and it's working on my end.

    Just make that change, the fields should be prepopulated properly now, do not change anything in your URL, I used the same that you have in your autoresponder and it worked.

    Wow. I missed that. I must have forgotten to make the change in both forms. I’ve corrected it now and yet I still have the same problem.

    I continue to have the same issue. I even deleted the drop down field and recreated it in both forms.
    The hyperlink,
    https://form.jotform.com/60334761178154?session=msirowitz@optonline.net&program=Summer%20Study%20at%20Penn%20State&studentsName%5bfirst%5d=Mike&studentsName%5blast%5d=Sirowitz&presentGrade7=%209th&address50=57%20Center%20Court&city=Roslyn%20Heights&stateprovince=New%20York&zippostalCode=11577&country=United%20States&email=msirowitz@optonline.net&homePhone9=631&studentsPhone=4241000&schoolName=Horace%20Mann&address=57%20Center%20Court&city57=Roslyn%20Heights&stateprovince59=New%20York&zippostalCode58=11577&country63=United%20States&date%5bmonth%5d=02&date%5bday%5d=04&date%5byear%5d=2016&signature14=Mike%20Sirowitz
    works but the actual link
    https://form.jotform.com/60334761178154?session=msirowitz@optonline.net&program=Summer Study at Penn State&studentsName[first]=Mike&studentsName[last]=Sirowitz&presentGrade7= 9th&address50=57 Center Court&city=Roslyn Heights&stateprovince=New York&zippostalCode=11577&country=United States&email=msirowitz@optonline.net&homePhone9=631&studentsPhone=4241000&schoolName=Horace Mann&address=57 Center Court&city57=Roslyn Heights&stateprovince59=New York&zippostalCode58=11577&country63=United States&date[month]=02&date[day]=04&date[year]=2016&signature14=Mike Sirowitz
    does not. And this is only an issue on the one field.
