For example: if I answer yes to question one I will be asked one question and if I answer no to question one I will be asked a different question and so on. My answers to the questions will determine which question I receive next. Is this possible to do with JotForm? Or do you know any way I could do this? Please let me know asap. I am on a strict deadline for a clients website.

This is indeed possible using conditional logic in your form. Here is our guide on how to do so:
If you need any help setting up specific conditions, let us know and we will be happy to assist you.

We have a need for a specific form for a client website immediately and would like to speak to someone about this.

We do not currently offer phone based support. We also do not do custom forms for users. However, if there is anything we can help with specifically in the form you are creating, let us know here and we will assist with whatever we can.
