Outstanding Payments

    Hello, 

    I've been using your Free membership and I notice that not all of my clients' paypal payments posted to my account.  I see that I am allowed 10 payments via the Free membership and I have at least 4 payments that have not posted.  What is the best way for me to collect those outstanding payments?

    You will have to wait another month to collect more payments on the free account. Otherwise if you want to collect the payments, you will need to upgrade to one of our pricing plans.
