Sometimes when I'm forwarding JotForm emails with form responses completed by the end user, all of the responses will turn blank. This happens particularly if I have to quit out of forwarding to retrieve additional information for the email. From that point forward the email subject line will still say "New Submission: name of form", but the body of the email turns blank. This happens in both the email I'm forwarding and most surprising of all also happens in the original email sent by JotForm that's still sitting in my Inbox!! This is very weird... and very inconvenient!!
Thanks for any insights on why this happens. This is perhaps the third or fourth time I've encountered this problem.

Unfortunately the image you have included on your message was not properly sent, so we could not view it at this time.
But can you please confirm first that you were using the Forward Email tool in the form's View Submission page?
Is this the tool you were using and having the issue?
I just test it now, but I cannot duplicate yet the issue.
We will wait for your response.
