This transaction cannot be processed due to an invalid merchant configuration.
i have contacted paypal and they said the information i am inputting is correct and valid and that its an error on the providor (Jotform) end.

This seems to be an issue with the configuration in paypal. Please make sure that your paypal is ready to accept payments. I can also suggest you try removing the integration and adding it again to see if that fixes the issue.
