Troubleshooting: Infusionsoft Integration

    I work for an acting/casting studio in Hollywood. We use Infusionsoft to manage the actors that come to our studio. We use jotform for applications and other basic forms. Recent contacts entered through jotform have been automatically marked as non-marketable. I spoke to Infusionsoft support and they said that it was a jotform issue. When I went to the integration settings to check on the issue there were a number of new settings that I am unfamiliar with. I attempted multiple settings, and when I went to test the form on our site an error message appears. Now, no matter what I set it as the error message appears. Is this a "select actions" issue on the integration form? Or how can I fix this?

    Have you ticked the option to enable opt-in? Please check out this thread as it may be related to the issue you are currently having. Do let us know if the issue persists.
