A form I designed has dissapeared!

    Hello,

    I've been a customer of Jotform for a few years now (since 2013 at least) and one of the forms that I had spent hours designing has since dissapeared! The title shows up in my list of forms, but the page is blank when I "View Form" or "Edit Form." Did Jotform delete forms at some point? Is there a way for me to recover it somehow? It was titled:Introductory Questionnaire Sheet - PM Apps

    We are glad to hear that You are using our service for years. I've checked your form. I am not able to reproduce same issue that you are having. It is working properly on my side.

    I've also checked your Revision History. You can also check it and review older versions of your form anytime.
