File upload not working

Hello, when i try to add an image file i get an error. Before upload and before click on SEND i get this error "È possibile caricare solo i file seguenti:"

My form has been launched 30 minutes ago and people in sending a lot of material.

Can you help me fix this issue? Is extremely important and extremely urgent.

I can't seem to reproduce the error.

Your upload field is configured properly. Perhaps it was just a user error. The user might have uploaded an invalid file or file that is not on the file extension list.

Example, if I am going to browse a txt file on the second file upload field, it shows the warning message as expected.

Or perhaps it was browser specific, if possible, please ask your users to use updated browsers like firefox or chrome.

Of course, it works right now because i have used another code. If i use the source code the form won't work. If i use the embed code the for works properly. I was in emergency and i've solved like this. But how can i prevent this error in the next forms? Thanks

We usually recommend that forms are embedded with iFrame code. This way you can avoid conflicts between your website scripts and JotForm scripts.
