Problem with conditional logicAsked by swhitw on February 03, 2016 at 07:44 AM
I wonder if you can help. On this form the user selects first: Request a change in bin size.
This then shows radio options for larger or smaller bin. According to the logic the Number in household should be hidden unless Larger bin is selected. An extra field should also display on selecting either option for 'Tell us where to find the old bin'. You're only allowed a large bin for 5 or more people in the household but this comes up for small bin as well.
Can you spot where I've gone wrong?

I will make further tests to try to determine the causes of this situation. Will let you know as soon as I have more details.
Did you make any progress with this?
