Also, how can I hide the page break section (show quiz result button) only when the matrix field have an answer on all rows?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to use specific cells or inputs on the matrix field on the conditional logic. However, it is possible by using form calculation widgets and conditions.

    Here's a sample form: https://form.jotform.com/60335444274958

    1. Here I'll use the form calculation widget to fetch values on each cells. As an example, I'll get the cells in row 1.

    2. For "Row1Col1", I'll fetch the value on the matrix field's cell 1 on row 1. I'll repeat the process for "Row1Col2" and fetch the appropriate input field from the matrix table.

    3. I can now use those form calculation widgets in my conditional logic. In my example, I'll set the text box "All cells in Row 1 filled out?" to "Yes" if all the cells in row 1 is filled.

I hope that helps. Do let us know if I misunderstood your concern.
