Confirmation emails not being sent.

    Dear Jotform Folks,

    Recently we've gotten quite a few inquires from our dealers about not getting their confirmation emails from this form.  When we resend the email from the Submissions page, they are receiving the re-send, so we know it's not a spam issue or an incorrectly entered email address. 

    It's not overly widespread - if it was happening all the time, we'd be overrun with calls/emails, but after months of no issues like this with this form, we've had a flurry of them in the last three weeks or so.

    Just curious if there is something you can tell is wrong.

    I have check your form and you have one Autorepsonder email and one conditional Notification that is sent to different users depending of selected options.

    I have done test submission and after that  I have checked our email log. My submission was sent successfully to email address wholesale@agricredit.com.

    Also all other submission were sent successfully to that email address.

    I have also received Autoresponder email.

    Please check spam, trash and bulk folders and if you find them there please mark them as not spam in order to not go into the folder any more.

    To avoid it happening in future I would suggest checking this guide: Whitelisting JotMails IP Addresses

    If there is some specific email address to which you are not receiving Notification when you form is submitted please provide us that email address, so that we check it inside of our email log.

    Dear Jotform folks,
    Thank you for the info. I have sent the individual with the recurring issue the whitelisting info you sent below, but she’s still having issues. The specific email is: betsy@billstractor.com
    Hopefully this will help us solve the issue. She uses the form pretty frequently, so having to send confirmations manually is a bit cumbersome.

    I have checked email address you provided and that email address is on bounce list. Our system gave following result:

    betsy@billstractor.com is IN the bounce list 

    Reason(s) : smtp; 554 5.7.1 The message from (<00000152600f871e-a28e2665-66b4-426d-8a03-367c22cb434a-000000@amazonses.com>) with the subject of (Mahindra CIL.Cashback Submission) matches a profile the Internet community may consider spam. Please revise your message before resending.

    I have now removed it from our bounce list and it should be working fine now.

    You can follow this guide on how to check and remove the email from bounce list.

    And this guide How to setup email alerts to prevent email bouncing related issues.

    Considering that  Amazon rejected emails sent to your email address I have also removed it from Amazon Suppression List.
