Hello,
we have been using JotForm for a while now so our staff can submit error-reports.
As the person responsible for the reports I feel that I need to edit some submissions.
Is this possible with JotForm? Can submitted data be changed without the need of re-submitting the form?
Alternatively, is there an option that all submissions have to pass an approval stage?E.g. someone submits something, I reject it, the person can change the submission and only then it is saved?

You can edit the submission in the form submissions page, but you have to re-submit it after changing the data to save the changes.

You can also add the edit link in your notifier so you can get a link of every submission to edit. Please refer to this guide for the edit link feature:
