Is there a way that i can use a seperate e-mail address for each form submission.. for example.. we have a travel company.. I have one form for my agents when they make sales, and that needs to be going to an accounting email address for billing. Then the customers have a form for requesting their dates, and that needs to go to the reservations email. How can I do that? As I do it now, all the emails go to the same email address.

By default all Email Notification that are created will have recipient email address set to email address of account on which forms are created.
If you want that email Notifications are sent to some other email address then inside of Notification settings you need to change Recipient email address.
How to properly Change and Test a New Email Recipient Address
Inside of this guide you can find out how to set Email Notification:

In case that you want to send Email to Multiple Recipients please read this guide:

If you want that your users also receive submitted data then you need to create Autoresponder email: http://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder
Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
