Email notification: How to send an email based on user selection

Hi I was wondering if there was a way to have a dropdown so that someone could select who they would like their submissions to be sent to. Thank you.

Yes, you can do it, you just need to add the drop down with the options or in this case with the names or emails where the submission will be sent, once you do that, just follow this guide and you will send the email notification to the selected email in the drop down:
