How does my client send the docs back to me??

I created a template and emailed it to a client but now I have NO idea how they are supposed to send the doc back to me. Thanks.

I am not sure if in your case you sent a PDF form to the user. A most practical way would be to just share the link to a webform. That way, if you create an email notifier, you'll get all the data your clients submits to you.
