Our Pastoral form is having some glitches.
When some people try to submit it is telling them the form has already been submitted when it has not been.
Others are able to submit the form with no problem.
These forms are being submitted by Pastors from some very large community churches.
First off, may we know which form this is happening? If you have embedded the form to your website, please let us know the website URL so we can inspect how the form behaves on the page.
Furthermore, is there any specific error they get during the submission?
While there's no similar issue reported about this today, this could be a user error or it is specific on their browser. Please suggest them to try it on a different browser and see if it makes a difference.
