    Linking PayPal with Submission Details

    Old version at least had the paypal email address so combined with the submission date I could guess. What is really missing is the billing email and the transaction id.

    Also, what happens when I issue a refund, it is not reflected in the Jotform data, so payment status has to be added as well!!!

    The new version only sends email and shows the submission if the payment is completed. So there is no need to link to them any more. If you received the email and submission, the payment is processed.

    If you refund a payment, you can delete it from Submissions page. Or edit it and add some note.

    But when I issue a refund it is not easy to tell which entry should I delete, the email address people enter in my form is not the same as the one on Paypal. There has to be a way to connect the dots and it is missing!!!

    Further to that, what about payments via e-checks? How do I know when the check is cleared? I expect Jotform to track this for me and stay up to date with Paypal.
