My form keeps crashing

On another note this form keeps crashing and won’t open up in a any browser is this fixable

I was able to replicated mentioned issue when I tested that form. 

After that I have cloned your form and conditions that you have set inside of your form are causing this issue. You are trying to pass values from all of you matrix table field options to same matrix field and you are also using calculation to multyply vales in same matrix field. This is causing conflicts inside of your form and because of that your form is not working.
