The form isn't displayed properly and my forms page doesn't display properly is well.
Can you fix that ASAP? I have people filling out the forms now and I need those to work. I pay money for better service and not for this kind of screw ups.

We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. It seems that there was a temporary issue and I see that it is now resolved. As I check your JotForm, I see that the form is now is opening without any issues.
