I have created a new form, but the form cannot be reached - I only get following message: This Form is disabled
What am I doing wrong?

It looks like that one of your forms was considered as suspicious by our automated anti-phishing filter, so that your account was blocked. We have now fixed the issue, your account has been re-activated and your current forms have been whitelisted.
